Cecelia Callaway is a clarinetist, music teacher, and arts administrator. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2023 with a Bachelors in Music Education and a Minor in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, and Honors College. She served as an Arts Administration Apprentice at the National Music Festival for two seasons and as Box Office Manager in 2024 and 2025.
