Account Help
You can access and manage your tickets and donations via your account at https://my.nationalmusic.us/. Even if you purchased as a guest, creating an account will attach any previous orders so long as you use the same email address.
Need help ordering your tickets? You can contact us at 443.480.0221 or boxoffice@nationalmusic.us. The Box Office hours are:
- Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm
- Sat-Sun: 10am-2pm
- Or at concert venues, one hour prior to concert times
Create An Account
Step 1: Register An Account
Visit https://my.nationalmusic.us/ and you will see the option to “Register” a new account. All of the following account fields are required.
- Enter your first and last names.
- Enter your email address. Make sure there are no extra spaces and your browser isn’t changing lowercase letters to uppercase.
- Enter a password. Your password must use the following:
- 8 characters
- 1 number
- 1 special character (eg. !, @, #, $, %)
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- Make sure the terms and and conditions acknowledgement is checked.
- Click/Tap the “Register” button
The page will reload with a confirmation message. You can close the tab/window or go back to the https://nationalmusic.us/ home page.
Step 2: Check Your Email
- You will receive an email with the subject “Your Verification Link for The Society of the Four Arts” (please check your junk email folder if you do not see the message in your inbox).
- Note: the from email address is aws@upstagecrm.io. UpStage is our new Ticketing platform.
- Select the “Set Your Password and Log In” button.
- Alternatively, you can click this link or copy/paste the URL into a browser.
Step 3: Sign In
After clicking the account verification link, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You can select the “Log In” button to sign into your account or go directly to https://my.nationalmusic.us.
